Welcome

My mission is to provide clients with a private setting and safe relationship in order to help them create positive change in their lives. Whether I am working with adults, children, or teens, my goal is to help individuals become more aware of who they are and how they relate to others. With this awareness, clients are better able to relate in a meaningful and satisfying way to important others in their lives, manage distressful experiences more effectively, and feel empowered to make choices that lead to positive outcomes.

I use many research-supported therapeutic techniques and theories that help clients become more effective at managing distress, communicating with others, and advocating for themselves. Relational therapy/attachment theory, cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, family systems theory, and play therapy, among other approaches, inform my work with clients.
